I am on a pay-as-you-go plan and I am unable to use the premium features on my channels tab.

I am on a pay-as-you-go plan.
My Copilot Studio admin page shows a billed message.
Also, the subscription shows the billed amount.
I think I am definitely creating agents in a pay-as-you-go environment.
However, I am not able to use native apps or premium features like Facebook in the Channels tab.
Please let me know the possible causes.

I have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
Please let me know if you need any other information.

I am not the administrator of the organization.
If we are using pay-as-you-go, does that mean we have a tenant level license for Copilot Studio?
I asked the admin to show me the screen and there is no Copilot Studio user license.

To create agents in copilot studio you should have copilot studio tenant level license. In your case you mentioned it is pay as you go.

Apart from this your user should also have copilot studio user license. It is free with tenant level license. But you have to get and assign to all agent creator.

Lastly based on your authentication method under security setting only you can publish agents to specific channels. E.g microsoft authentication method can only publish to ms team.
