How to insert a Quick Response

Hello,
 
I am sure I missed this somewhere obvious, but these appear to be thew new Macros? I didn't even notice the Tab till yesterday.
 
But how do you insert them? I am hoping this is how people are doing Footer notes now as typing the stuff is annoying :-)

    once I remembered to actually hit SAVE... so I saved them it showed up.
